The film, “Masters of the Universe”, although 2 hours 13 minutes long, was decently well paced. It was a good mix of swords and spaceships, pastels and cell phones, 2026 and 1983. Be ready for guitar for music. There is a mid credit scene, and an end credit scene. To close out the movie, we are treated to an “until next time!” message, by none other than that little miniature wizard guy from the cartoon. The only thing that seems a little off was how fluid Skeletor moved, including his face. This could be explained by saying that they were able to put cartoon into reality. I am still looking forward to the possibility of a live action form of ThunderCats, and I wouldn’t complain if Kristen Stewart played Cheetara.
