After a little more troubleshooting, I have confirmed why the two earbuds I resurrected have a volume difference between them
The issue lies with the mesh covering.
The primary issue with the offending earbud can be mitigated with a toothbrush.
The potential issue with other earbud might be an optional fix, depending on if I want to decide if it’s an issue or a non-issue or whatever.
